One day later we drove on the Panamericana Norte from Chiclayo (upper yellow marker) to Trujillo (lower yellow marker). This way runs approximatly 200 km parallel to the Pacific coast. Except for a few river oases there is almost entirely desert.

In Paijan (violetter marker) there we visited a horse breeder for lunch. An opportunity to look at his beautiful horses nearby. A horse had already won several awards.
